Who We Are

Passion is what best describes Nicole. Her creative talent and high energy in the pursuit of accomplishing unique experiences in each wedding and event she undertakes, is monumental, specially with her perception of client’s needs and desires, which sets her recognition in costumer satisfaction at the very highest level.

Her background and studies in hotel management, tourism, wedding and event planning, added to over 8 years of experience with high-end hotels, as with her own company and the backing of a complete professional design team that supports every event/design/concept with 100% positive attitude, makes Nicole a smart choice at any degree of wedding or event planning.

Born and raised in Costa Rica, her lifestyle is towards the love for nature constantly inspired by the different elements that this offers, traveling through different destinations looking for new experiences and cultures, always seeking for the latest trends in food and beverages and last but not least listening carefully to the message the clients have to give us so we can seek and create to a truly meaningful and memorable experience.

Weddings & Events

We take special care in making each couples dream come true in one of the most important days of their lives, the celebration of their union, this is why each wedding is designed in a unique and personalized way.

We plan our weddings around the country, be it in private homes or luxury hotels, to a magical spot deep in the jungle or facing the ocean. At NW&E we’ll guide you to find the perfect venue and professional vendors to fit your style and budget. In addition, we provide travel services for your guests, such as group accommodation and transportation.

There are very special occasions that to celebrate them, deserve careful planning and preparation. Whether it’s a loved ones’ birthday, a wedding anniversary, a class reunion or a holiday, the host usually is more concerned with the planning and details, than with having a good time with his guests.
